With a strong focus on quality, original recipes and great hospitality, we are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests.About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, energetic and hands-on Marketing Assistant to join our team in Dubai.This role is primarily focused on supporting the Marketing Manager across day-to-day marketing activities, content creation, social media, creative projects, events and campaigns.The ideal candidate is someone who is fun, creative, organized and willing to get involved — from helping plan content and taking photos and videos to supporting campaigns, events and day-to-day marketing activities. You don't need to know everything, but you should be curious, proactive and excited about food, restaurants, social media and creative content.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Marketing Manager with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activities.Support the creation of engaging content for social media, website and other digital channels.Assist with photo and video shoots, Reels, Stories and live content.Help develop creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, events and social media.Assist with basic graphic design and content editing.Monitor and support daily social media activity.Assist with community management and responding to guest comments and messages.Support the execution of restaurant events, activations and special campaigns.Assist the Marketing Manager with coordinating agencies, photographers, designers, influencers and other marketing partners.Help ensure all marketing materials follow Buffalo Wings & Rings brand guidelines.Stay updated on social media trends, content formats and creative ideas.Assist with content calendars, campaign planning and marketing reports.Support the Marketing Manager with general administrative and coordination tasks.Be willing to be hands-on in the restaurant when content, events or campaigns require it.What We're Looking For1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation or a related field.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field is preferred.Strong interest in social media, content creation and creative marketing.Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe or other creative tools is an advantage.Comfortable taking photos and videos using a phone/camera.Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.Creative eye with an understanding of what makes content engaging.Strong communication and organizational skills.Energetic, proactive and willing to learn.Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.F&B, hospitality or restaurant marketing experience is an advantage.Must be comfortable working on-site during events, shoots and campaigns.The Right PersonWe are looking for someone who is creative, fun, organized and hands-on — someone who doesn't mind getting involved, trying new ideas and working alongside the Marketing Manager to bring campaigns and content to life.If you love food, social media, photography, videos, trends and creative ideas, we'd love to hear from you.Candidates must be currently based in Dubai, UAE.Interested candidates can send their CV to admin@ae.bwr-intl.com.
