As one of the first platforms in Saudi Arabia, Manafa offers investors a diverse range of short-term investment opportunities and provides various financing solutions for SMEs.Job Summary:Support the execution of marketing initiatives across investors and borrowers, with a strong focus on digital performance, campaign execution, content support, and operational marketing activities.Key Responsibilities:Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns (paid & always-on)Support campaign planning and execution (digital-first, with exposure to offline when needed)Contribute to campaign messaging, content ideas, and copywriting supportOptimize funnels, landing pages, and conversion ratesManage CRM and always-on communication (Push, In-app, WhatsApp, Email)Track performance metrics and prepare reportsSupport major campaigns from an execution and operational perspectiveCoordinate closely with internal teams (Product, Tech, Brand & Communication)Key Skills & Profile:Strong digital marketing background (Google Ads, Paid Social, Retargeting)Hands-on, execution-focused, and operational mindsetAbility to write and support marketing content and campaign messagingUnderstanding of full-funnel marketing (acquisition, activation, engagement)Comfortable working across online and offline marketing activitiesExperience or solid understanding of financial products or fintech-related servicesAbility to work within a regulated financial environmentStrong collaboration skills with internal Brand & Communication teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelinesData-driven with strong analytical thinkingAble to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience: 0-3 yearsLocation: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
