Job Title: MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVEIndustry: Recruitment & HR ConsultancyLocation: Ajah (Hybrid)Employment Type: Full TimeSalary: ₦200,000 to ₦250,000 Net MonthlyJOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a commercially driven Marketing & Business Development Executive responsible for generating qualified leads, acquiring corporate clients and driving revenue for our recruitment and HR consultancy services.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Generate and convert qualified business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.• Identify and engage HR Managers, CEOs, Founders and key business decision makers.• Promote recruitment and HR consultancy services and convert prospects into paying clients.• Prepare proposals, conduct follow ups and manage the business development pipeline.• Build and maintain strong corporate client relationships.• Support digital marketing, brand visibility and business development activities.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS• Monthly Revenue Target: ₦5,000,000• Minimum Qualified Leads: 50 monthly• Minimum New Corporate Prospects: 30 monthly• Client Meetings/Presentations: 15 monthly• Proposals Submitted: Minimum 10 monthly• New Paying Clients: Minimum 3 monthly• Lead Conversion Rate: Minimum 10%• Active Sales Pipeline: Minimum ₦10,000,000 monthly• Client Follow Up: 100% of active prospects followed up within agreed timelinesREQUIREMENTS• 2 to 4 years experience in Marketing, Sales or Business Development.• Experience in Recruitment, HR Consultancy or B2B Sales is an advantage.• Strong communication, negotiation, networking and client acquisition skills.• Target driven, proactive and commercially minded.HOW TO APPLY: Send CV to; careershub@elevare.com.ng
