Position: Marketing Business Development Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid)Experience: 3–7 YearsIndustry: Data Analytics & AI ServicesAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Marketing Executive to join a fast-growing Data Analytics & AI company in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have a balanced mix of digital and offline marketing experience as well as cold reach-out/business development experience and be passionate about building brand presence, generating engagement, and executing impactful marketing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute both digital and offline marketing campaigns.Organize and coordinate marketing events, conferences, networking activities, and employer branding initiatives.Create CRM funnel basis cold-reachoutsSupport brand awareness and lead generation activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.Create LinkedIn creatives, marketing flyers, and engaging content.Write, optimize, and publish content regularly on LinkedIn.Required Skills & Experience4–7 years of marketing experience.Hands-on experience in both digital and offline marketing.Experience in business development basis cold reach-out (calling and LinkedIn reach-outs etc.)Experience in IT Services Marketing is mandatory; experience in Data Analytics, AI, or Data Services is preferred.Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and LinkedIn marketing.Experience creating marketing collateral and managing social media content.Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.Candidates must be currently based in Dubai.Prior marketing experience in the GCC region is mandatory.
