Key Responsibilities:Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the marketing and advertising sectorDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clientsCollaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop customized proposals and solutionsConduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategiesAttend client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to generate leadsPrepare and present compelling sales presentations and reports to clients and stakeholdersMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsQualifications:Proven experience in business development, with a strong background and hands-on experience in marketing or advertisingProven understanding of marketing strategies, campaigns, and client requirementsStrong understanding of digital marketing services (social media, SEO, branding, etc.)Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsFluent in both Arabic and EnglishUAE market experience is preferredSelf-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
