This role ensures consistent, personalized customer experiences across all channels, integrates personalization signals from Data Cloud, and maintains compliance with messaging regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesJourney Orchestration – Build and maintain multi-step journeys in Journey Builder, Automation Studio workflows, and dynamic content using AMPscript and SSJS.Omnichannel Strategy – Partner with personalization developers to align cross-channel offers; manage conflict resolution and campaign sequencing.Integration & Reporting – Configure Marketing Cloud Connect, synchronize CRM data, and build attribution dashboards for performance insights.Compliance – Ensure all messaging meets GLBA, TCPA, Fair Lending, and privacy requirements; maintain audit-ready documentation.Optimization – Monitor deliverability, campaign performance, and continuously improve engagement outcomes.Qualifications5+ years in application/software/data-integration development.3+ years hands-on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder).Strong skills in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and API integrations.Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer required; Email Specialist or Data Cloud Consultant preferred.Experience in regulated industries and cross-channel personalization preferred.
