Marketing Communication Engineer

In Out Contracts LLC is looking for a Marketing Communication Engineer who can connect technical knowledge with effective communication, take initiative, and grow within a dynamic Marketing & Business Development environment.The role sits at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and business development, with a focus on translating technical information, project experience, and product knowledge into clear and effective communication for clients, partners, and digital audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate & Brand Communications

• Prepare company profiles, corporate presentations, announcements, and other communication materials
• Support client correspondence and general marketing communicationsTechnical & Product Communications
• Review technical and product information and translate it into clear, client-focused content
• Assist in preparing product presentations, technical marketing materials, and project-related communications
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather project information and relevant contentClient & Project Support
• Coordinate sample requests, project inquiries, information requests, and follow-ups
• Liaise with relevant internal teams to collect and organize project and technical informationMarketing Assets & Brand Library
• Maintain an organized library of project photographs, videos, samples, catalogues, templates, logos, and other marketing resources
• Ensure marketing materials remain accurate, updated, and readily accessibleCandidate Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in marketing, communications, content, and business development
• Ability to understand technical information and communicate it clearly
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite and other digital marketing tools is an advantage
