Multidisciplinary teams of experts in management strategy, finance, and marketing offer integrated, end‑to‑end solutions for clients worldwide.Role Description The Marketing Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enable clients to enter, grow, and strengthen their presence in Asian markets, with a focus on data-driven recommendations and measurable outcomes. Day-to-day activities include conducting market and competitor analysis, designing go-to-market and brand positioning strategies, preparing client-facing presentations and reports, and collaborating with cross-functional consulting teams to align marketing plans with overall business objectives. The Marketing Consultant will work closely with client stakeholders to identify customer insights, optimize campaigns across channels, and support execution through coordination with internal and external partners. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, refining strategies based on results, and contributing to business development efforts through proposal support and thought leadership.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear business writing, presentation capabilities, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a client-focused mindset and the ability to build long-term advisory relationships.Candidates should possess proven Sales and Marketing skills, including experience with campaign planning, brand positioning, and market entry or growth strategies.Candidates should possess effective Project Management skills, such as organizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams.Relevant experience in management consulting, market research, or strategic marketing, preferably with exposure to Asian markets.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications are an advantage.Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with proficiency in using data and tools to support marketing recommendations.Ability to work on-site in Greater Kuala Lumpur, collaborate in multicultural teams, and adapt to fast-paced project environments.
