This is not an independent marketing management position. It is a supervised training and evaluation pathway, with the possibility of future paid work based on demonstrated performance and company needs. The MissionYour mission is to support the internal marketing team by creating, adapting, organising, and preparing content for publication across approved channels. You will work with video, AI content tools, publishing platforms, and internal marketing workflows. You will learn how to create content for a technology group with several specialised infrastructures while keeping each venture’s message, audience, and compliance rules separate. The role requires creativity, technical curiosity, accuracy, and reliable execution. Using AI tools is encouraged, but you must understand, direct, review, and improve the work produced by those tools. The Universe Eye Governance OrchestrationThe marketing intern works within The Universe Eye Governance Orchestration, the group’s central governance framework for controlled AI-assisted workflows. Each venture, campaign and customer branch must keep its approved information, audience, assets and operating context separate. The intern must follow the two core laws: every branch remains isolated, and every important external action requires human approval.Elchai Pulse is the integrated interface of The Universe Eye Governance Orchestration and must not be treated or presented as a separate product. What You Will Learn and DoCreate and edit short-form video content for approved marketing campaigns.Prepare video scripts, captions, hooks, subtitles, thumbnails, and platform-specific versions.Use approved AI tools for content research, writing assistance, image generation, video production, editing, transcription, and repurposing.Adapt approved content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other approved channels.Organise content calendars, production tasks, deadlines, drafts, revisions, and approvals.Transform approved marketing strategy into clear posts, short videos, campaign assets, and supporting materials.Coordinate with the external marketing or go-to-market partner when required.Keep all drafts, source files, prompts, versions, and approvals properly organised.Check every piece of content for accuracy, clarity, spelling, brand consistency, and compliance before it reaches the approval stage.Identify unclear, unsupported, exaggerated, or potentially risky claims and escalate them before publication.Work only with the approved information for the relevant venture or campaign. Do not mix materials, claims, audiences, or data between different ventures.Verify that AI-generated content is based on approved sources, does not introduce fabricated information, and maintains the correct version of the messaging for each venture.Save prompts, sources, versions, modifications, and approvals so that content remains traceable. The candidate will operate in compliance with Elchai Group's branding and compliance guidelines, which will be communicated during onboarding.Internship PathwayThe pathway begins with an initial 3-day trial and orientation period.Candidates who continue enter a structured 8-week unpaid Internship and training program. The Internship period is an evaluation and learning pathway, not a guarantee of employment or direct onboarding.Progression follows the internal evaluation pathway:A minimum score of 7 is required to enter the school.A minimum score of 7.2 is required after the initial 3-day period to continue.A minimum score of 7.5 is required after the 8-week school period to access the paid trial month.A minimum score of 8.5 is required after the paid trial month to enter boarding.Evaluation is based on content quality, understanding of the strategy, respect for rules, autonomy, punctuality, and the ability to identify and correct errors. AI may support the evaluation process and propose a score or recommendation, but progression to each stage must be reviewed and approved by an authorised person.Progression after the Internship depends on demonstrated performance, quality of work, reliability, technical understanding, compliance discipline, and company requirements.A candidate who meets the required standard may be considered for a separate paid trial or future operational role. This decision is made by the authorised human manager and is not automatic.Success by the End of the 8-Week ProgramBy the end of the program, the candidate should be able to produce accurate and approved content for the assigned ventures, use AI tools with clear understanding and human review, maintain organised source files and content versions, follow the content calendar, identify unsupported or non-compliant claims, and communicate delays or risks before they affect delivery. The candidate should also demonstrate reliable execution, respect for the approval process, and the ability to prepare content that is ready for final human review without publishing or representing the company independently.Responsibilities During the Internship:Attend the agreed on-site schedule and training sessions.Complete assigned marketing tasks within the agreed deadlines.Keep the task board, content calendar, and delivery status updated.Submit drafts together with the relevant source files, prompts, references, and explanations.Respond clearly when a task is unclear or delayed.Raise risks early instead of hiding incomplete work.Accept feedback and improve the next version.Demonstrate that the work is understood and not simply copied from an AI tool.
