Marketing Content Manager

Role Description The Director at Tayseer Debt Collection will lead overall operations, strategy, and performance of the debt collection function at the on-site Tanta location. This full-time role includes setting collection policies, defining performance targets, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Director oversees teams and supervisors, provides guidance on complex cases, and implements process improvements to enhance recovery rates and client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include reviewing key performance indicators, preparing management reports, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, and resolving escalated issues. The Director will also support budgeting, resource planning, staff training, and the adoption of tools and technologies that improve efficiency and accuracy in collection activities.Qualifications Demonstrated experience leading operations or departments in financial services, debt collection, or a related field.Strong skills in team leadership, performance management, and staff development, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.Proficiency in strategic planning, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making for improving collection outcomes.Solid understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing debt collection and customer interactions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities for managing clients, partners, and escalated cases.Ability to work on-site in Tanta, with strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related discipline; advanced degree or professional certifications are an advantage.Comfort with using collection systems, CRM platforms, and reporting tools; familiarity with digital transformation initiatives is beneficial.
