Marketing Content Manager

Role Description The Director role at PalTech is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership across key service areas, managing cross-functional teams, and driving successful delivery of digital transformation projects for clients. The Director will oversee project portfolios, ensure alignment of technology solutions with client business objectives, and maintain high standards of quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding solution architecture, mentoring senior managers and technical leads, collaborating with sales and presales teams on proposals, and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective clients. The role also involves setting performance goals, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.QualificationsStrong leadership experience in IT consulting or technology services, including managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects.Proven expertise in one or more of PalTech’s key domains: Application Development, Cloud/DevOps, Data Engineering & Analytics, Automation, or Data Science (AI/ML/NLP).Demonstrated ability to define and execute strategy, manage portfolios and budgets, and drive operational excellence and process improvement.Experience working directly with clients to understand business requirements, shape solutions, negotiate scope, and manage stakeholder expectations.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions.Background in agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices; familiarity with emerging technologies and market trends.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Track record of building high-performing teams, mentoring talent, and promoting an inclusive, non-discriminatory work environment.Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and occasionally travel for client engagements as needed.
