Frontlands · Dallas, TX · Full-timeFrontlands lends to mineral and royalty owners. People keep their rights, their checks keep coming, and they get access to the value sitting underneath their land. It's a genuinely good product — and it's one of the best-kept secrets in Texas (and soon to be across the US).We'd like to change that, and we'd like you to be the one who does it.This is a hybrid role (in office three days a week), reporting to the Head of Marketing. Frontlands is an early stage, venture-backed startup, so you will be in the weeds from day one. You'll own organic social from top to bottom and have your fingerprints on just about everything else we put out. There's no legacy playbook here and no committee to wade through. You'll have real room to build something and real support behind you. And you will learn a ton every single day. What you'll doOwn organic social. Strategy, calendar, production, publishing, results. It's yours to shape.Make the work yourself. Shoot it, cut it, caption it, design it. If you love being hands-on and seeing your own stuff go live the same week you thought of it, you'll be happy here.Play with the new tools. AI video, AI stills, and whatever lands next quarter. We'll give you the budget to experiment and the freedom to decide what's worth keeping.Build the community. Answer comments and DMs, get to know the people who follow us, and bring what you're hearing back to the team. Our audience asks great questions, and the person who answers them well earns a lot of trust.Get people on camera. Our CEO, our landmen, our petroleum engineers — smart, generous people who mostly aren't performers. Half the craft is making them comfortable enough to be themselves. It's some of the most fun work we do.Write. Social copy, blog posts, scripts, plus email, landing pages and campaigns when you want a hand in them.Go get the shot. Events, the office, out in the field. If you're the kind of person who'd rather grab the camera than wait for a brief, that instinct will be very welcome. What you'll bringA couple of years of making things that shipped. We'd love to just see the work. You shoot and edit. Phone-first is great — that's where our audience lives — but bonus points if you’re familiar with more formal photo / video tools. You're comfortable with (and excited about!) AI production tools and curious about where they're going. You can write in a brand's voice and keep it steady across channels. You're happy being the person who asks. For ten more minutes of the CEO's time, for one more take, for a customer's story. You enjoy making complicated things simple. Mineral rights are genuinely interesting once they click, and helping people get there is a satisfying puzzle. Two things that make this role unusually interesting:Our audience probably isn't who you'd guess. Around 80% of our customers are 65 or over, and 95% find us on a phone. The usual social playbook doesn't quite apply, which means there's real creative territory here that nobody has mapped yet. If you like figuring out what actually works instead of copying what everyone else is doing, you'll have a great time. We're a lender, so our work gets a proper review. Everything public goes through outside counsel and our sponsor bank — roughly three business days a round. Once you've got the rhythm, you plan a little further ahead and build a deeper pipeline, and it becomes just another part of the craft. Plenty of our best ideas have come out of working within it.LogisticsDallas-based, hybrid work environment. We run on EOS, so you'll know exactly what you own, what success looks like, and how you're tracking — no guessing where you stand.Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, plus benefits — including 100% paid healthcare.Sound like you? Send us your portfolio. We care far more about what you've made than how you've formatted your résumé.
