قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob Summary:The Marketing Coordinator serves as the department’s field and supervisory representative across branches, responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with brand standards, marketing activities, promotional campaigns, approved packaging, and the proper availability and display of all marketing materials. The role also supports the execution of marketing initiatives, monitors product presentation, and addresses customer complaints related to promotions, product presentation, or unclear marketing communications.Key Responsibilities:Conduct daily field visits across branches, both inside and outside Riyadh, according to an approved visit plan covering all existing and newly opened branches.Prepare a documented report for every branch visited, including observations, photographs, shortages, and actions taken.Verify proper brand presentation across all branch elements in line with approved brand guidelines.Ensure all marketing materials are available at each branch and correctly displayed, while coordinating the supply of shortages and following up on delivery.Verify that branches use approved packaging and that it is presented optimally to customers.Handle complaints arising from poor promotional execution, product presentation, or unclear marketing terms, resolve issues in the field where possible, and escalate them to the Marketing Department when necessary.Attend branch-related operational meetings, represent the Marketing Department, communicate field observations, and follow up on decisions and agreed actions.Review reports and observed issues with the Marketing Manager during the designated office day, and communicate required actions, needs, and recommendations.Maintain commitment to working hours, remain reachable and responsive when required for urgent business matters, and follow up on pending matters until closure.Execute ad-hoc field marketing tasks arising from daily operations according to departmental priorities.Requirements and Skills Required:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.Field Experience: Strong practical experience in branch operations, marketing activities, brand standards, and promotional execution within the Food & Beverage sector.Reporting: Ability to prepare accurate field visit reports, marketing activity reports, and follow-up reports, including observations, findings, action items, and recommendations.Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify non-compliance, presentation issues, and areas for improvement.Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with branch teams and other departments.Time Management: Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple branch visits and tasks.Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel between branches as required.
