Marketing Coordinator

Marketing CoordinatorWe’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help organize and coordinate marketing activity across the business. You’ll support campaigns, content, events, research, and internal requests while keeping timelines, materials, and project information on track.This role would suit someone who is organized, creative, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and interested in building hands-on experience across different areas of marketing.A typical week could involve:Coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activitiesMaintaining marketing calendars, schedules, and project timelinesPreparing presentations, promotional materials, and campaign documentsSupporting email, social media, website, and digital marketing activityResearching customers, competitors, and market trendsCoordinating requests between marketing and other internal teamsHelping organize promotional events and customer engagement activitiesTracking campaign deadlines, deliverables, and outstanding tasksGathering information for marketing reports and performance updatesSupporting content development and marketing communicationsMaintaining organized marketing files, databases, and resourcesFollowing up with team members and external contacts on marketing projectsPrevious experience in marketing, communications, content, social media, event coordination, administration, customer engagement, or sales support is helpful.You’ll need strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, basic computer confidence, and the ability to keep multiple projects moving at the same time.Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media tools, or other marketing software is helpful.Training will be provided on company systems, processes, and marketing activities.ApplicationsIf you’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator role where you can contribute to campaigns, projects, content, and promotional activity, submit your current resume for consideration.We are an equal opportunity employer and consider qualified applicants in accordance with applicable law.
