This position is responsible for supporting marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and generate business opportunities for the commercial real estate team. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating marketing campaigns, updating and maintaining marketing materials, managing online listings and property marketing, and assisting with website, email, and social media content. The Marketing Coordinator will also track marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with brokers and leadership to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.QualificationsDemonstrated skills in marketing coordination, campaign support, and content development for business or professional services environments.Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and basic website updates.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, with attention to detail and brand voice consistency.Proficiency with standard office and design tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe suite, presentation software; familiarity with graphic design or layout tools is a plus).Effective organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with brokers, leadership, and external partners.Ability to work on-site in Medina, OH and maintain a professional presence with clients and colleagues.Associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.Experience in commercial real estate or professional services marketing is preferred but not required.
