With fast delivery, certified quality, and hands-on customer service, PCC helps customers strengthen their product lines and meet operational goals.Role Description The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for supporting and executing marketing activities that promote PCC’s electronic manufacturing services. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, assisting with content creation for digital and print channels, and maintaining marketing calendars and project timelines. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with sales and engineering teams to prepare presentations, case studies, and promotional materials aligned with PCC’s brand and customer needs. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media updates, assisting with event planning and trade show logistics, tracking campaign performance metrics, and maintaining marketing databases and CRM records. The role also involves supporting customer outreach initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging, and contributing to continuous improvement of marketing processes.Qualifications Strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, accurate, and engaging marketing materials and support internal and external stakeholder interactions.Sales support capabilities, including collaboration with sales teams to prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral that help generate and nurture leads.Event Planning and Project Management skills to organize trade shows, customer visits, and marketing initiatives, while managing timelines and deliverables.Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities, work independently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, CRM systems) and data-driven campaign tracking.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience in B2B or manufacturing/industrial marketing is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design or presentation tools (such as PowerPoint, Canva, or similar) is beneficial.
