Marketing CoordinatorWashington, DCFull-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pmOn-site | Permanent positionHelp Bring Marketing Plans to LifeWe’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, organization, and execution of marketing activity from our Washington, DC office.You’ll work across campaigns, content, research, digital channels, promotional activity, and events, helping turn marketing plans into well-organized projects. You’ll coordinate with different teams, keep deadlines visible, and make sure the details behind each initiative are followed through.A Typical Week Could InvolveCoordinate marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives from planning through executionHelp prepare presentations, marketing materials, digital content, and customer communicationsResearch customers, competitors, industry activity, and relevant market trendsSupport social media, email, website, and other digital marketing activityMaintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and campaign schedulesCoordinate marketing meetings, events, and promotional activitiesGather information from internal teams and organize campaign requirementsTrack deadlines, deliverables, and outstanding marketing actionsAssist with marketing reports, presentations, and campaign updatesReview customer feedback and market information for useful insightsHelp maintain consistent messaging across marketing materialsKeep marketing files, content, and project documentation organizedSupport new campaigns, launches, and customer engagement initiativesWhat’s ImportantYou’ll need strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping projects moving.Previous marketing, communications, digital marketing, event coordination, content, customer engagement, administration, or related experience is useful.We’re looking for someone who can communicate professionally with different teams, follow through on deadlines, contribute ideas, and stay organized when several projects are active at the same time.Experience with social media platforms, Canva, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, email marketing tools, or other marketing software is helpful, although training will be provided on company systems and processes.Please apply with your current resume to be considered for the Marketing Coordinator position.We are an equal opportunity employer and consider qualified applicants in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
