Marketing Coordinator

We’re seeking an early-career marketing professional to help bring campaigns, content and events to life across a branded fuel retail network. This role offers hands-on experience across digital marketing, creative development and business-to-business communications, working closely with the marketing team to keep day-to-day initiatives moving.The ideal candidate is a strong writer with a creative mindset, an eye for detail and the organizational skills to manage several assignments at once. You should be comfortable asking questions, taking feedback and following through independently once priorities are established.What You’ll DoCreate and schedule social media content, monitor channels and support audience engagement.Develop basic graphics, promotional materials and other marketing collateral.Help maintain online business listings and support local search visibility.Coordinate campaign activities, track deliverables and keep projects on schedule.Conduct research, build media contact lists and identify potential sponsorship opportunities.Assist with event planning, logistics and promotional activities.Organize creative files and marketing materials so assets remain current and easy to access.Compile performance reports and summarize basic campaign and channel metrics.Draft B2B content and communications for team review.Provide administrative and project support across marketing initiatives.What You’ll BringApproximately 1–2 years of professional marketing experience; recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills.A creative, resourceful approach and the ability to stay organized across competing priorities.The ability to turn direction into action and follow assignments through to completion.Familiarity with social media platforms and Microsoft Office.Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, basic marketing analytics or digital marketing tools is a plus.
