Location: UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Function: Marketing / CommunicationsWe are looking for a proactive and well-organized Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing activities, campaigns, content coordination, digital marketing initiatives, and internal/external communications.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and designers for marketing deliverables.Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital platforms.Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and activity reports.Support preparation of marketing presentations, brochures, promotional materials, and event collateral.Coordinate events, exhibitions, product launches, and brand activations.Track campaign performance, engagement, leads, and marketing KPIs.Conduct basic market and competitor research.Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and campaign records.Support brand consistency across communication channels and marketing materials.Coordinate approvals, artwork, printing, and production requirements.Assist with CRM updates, lead tracking, and customer communication where required.Support the Marketing Manager with reporting, budgeting, and administrative coordination.Candidate RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.Relevant experience in Marketing Coordination / Digital Marketing / Brand Support preferred.Good understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms.Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.Exposure to Canva, Adobe tools, CRM, email marketing, or social media management tools is an advantage.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Good written and verbal communication skills.Key SkillsMarketing Coordination | Digital Marketing | Social Media Marketing | Content Coordination | Campaign Management | Brand Marketing | Marketing Communications | Social Media Management | Content Creation | Email Marketing | Event Coordination | Brand Activation | Market Research | Competitor Analysis | Lead Generation | CRM | Campaign Reporting | Marketing Analytics | Marketing Calendar | Vendor Coordination | Agency Coordination | Copywriting | Canva | Adobe Creative Suite | Microsoft PowerPoint | Microsoft Excel | Presentation Skills | Stakeholder Management | Communication Skills
