Marketing Coordinator (UAE Nationals)

ABOUT THE ROLEWisewell is looking for a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to be the operational engine of our marketing team. You will own the day-to-day marketing calendar, keep campaigns and activations running on schedule, help bring our events and brand experiences to life on the ground, and run social scheduling and first-response community across both the UAE and US markets. You will help build a category brand across the UAE and the US at an early, fast-moving stage.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCalendar and operationsOwn the day-to-day marketing calendar across the UAE and US: deadlines, dependencies, and keeping the team on scheduleTraffic briefs and assets through the approval workflow, keeping everything movingRun weekly-meeting logistics and reporting support, and chase actions to doneActivations and eventsSupport Wisewell activations and brand experiences end to end alongside the Events & Brand Experience Manager: pre-event prep, supplier and venue coordination, inventory, and giftingHelp run on-site experiences (tasting stations, refill and hydration moments, seeding and demo setups), making sure every touchpoint looks and runs to brand standardCoordinate on-site content capture (reactions, pours, b-roll) and hand off cleanly to the content teamOwn post-event follow-up admin: opt-in and lead lists, seeding-placement tracking, thank-yous, and recap inputs, captured fast while the moment is freshSocial and communitySchedule and publish social content across platforms for both marketsFirst-response community management in English and Arabic, in a voice that feels authentically WisewellUGC and review collection adminGrowth and cultureKOL and influencer outreach and coordinationSpot cultural, platform, and competitor trends in both markets and feed them into the calendarWHAT YOU BRINGMust haveUAE National (Emirati), eligible for Nafis supportBilingual English and Arabic, with a natural, culturally fluent Arabic voice for communityHighly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable owning a calendar with many moving dependenciesGenuinely active on social and tuned into UAE and US culture and trendsOpen to some flexibility for US time-zone overlap, since US community and launches run on a later clockNice to havePrior experience in marketing coordination, events, activations, or community managementFamiliarity with scheduling and project tools and basic reportingA local network across venues, creators, and partners that helps events come together quickly
