Our culinary partnership with Michelin-starred Chef Patrick Kriss and Alo Food Group reflects our commitment to innovation and excellence.As Pearle continues to grow, we are looking for an accomplished Director of Marketing to lead the execution of portfolio-wide marketing plans and strengthen how our brands show up in market. Reporting to the Vice President, Commercial, this role translates Pearle's commercial and brand strategy into focused marketing plans that build awareness, generate demand and support revenue growth across the portfolio. The Director leads the marketing team, partners closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Operations and property leaders, and ensures strong ideas are delivered consistently and measured against clear business outcomes.Marketing Planning & Execution•     Develop and execute the annual marketing plan within Pearle's broader commercial strategy.•     Translate portfolio priorities into clear brand, property and campaign plans.•     Manage the marketing budget, team capacity and agency resources against approved priorities.•     Lead marketing plans for new openings, property launches and key business initiatives.Demand Generation & Performance•     Deliver integrated campaigns that generate qualified demand across hotels, restaurants, weddings and events, spas and golf.•     Partner with Sales and Revenue Management to align campaigns with business need periods, target audiences and revenue opportunities.•     Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness and return on investment.Brand, Creative & Communications•     Protect and strengthen Pearle's portfolio and property brands through clear standards and consistent execution.•     Lead creative development, content, public relations, storytelling and marketing partnerships.•     Ensure all guest-facing marketing reflects Pearle's premium positioning and commitment to genuine human connection.Digital Marketing & Guest Engagement•     Lead digital marketing across websites, search, paid media, social media, email and marketing automation.•     Partner on CRM, loyalty and guest lifecycle initiatives led through the broader commercial strategy.•     Identify practical opportunities to use AI and emerging technology to improve marketing productivity and performance.Team & Partner Leadership•     Lead, coach and develop a high-performing portfolio marketing team.•     Set clear priorities, roles, standards and ways of working across the function.•     Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring quality, accountability and value.•     Build strong working relationships with property leaders and shared-service partners.Measurement & Insights•     Establish clear marketing KPIs and provide regular performance reporting to the Vice President, Commercial and business leaders.•     Use guest, campaign and market insights to recommend improvements to plans and investment.•     Build disciplined processes that improve planning, execution and accountability across the portfolio.Qualifications•     Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent experience.•     7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least three years leading teams.•     Experience with multi-location hospitality, lifestyle or consumer brands preferred.•     Demonstrated success leading integrated campaigns, managing budgets and delivering measurable results.•     Strong knowledge of brand, digital marketing, CRM, SEO, paid media, content and public relations.•     A collaborative, practical leader who can move comfortably between planning, coaching and execution.•     Hospitality experience preferred.
