Marketing Director**ONSITE - 4/5 days in San Fernando Valley**We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Director to lead integrated marketing efforts for a fast-growing women’s fitness and lifestyle brand.This role will shape brand strategy and lead campaigns across product launches, social media, community, events, partnerships, PR, CRM, and retention. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience along with the ability to stay close to execution, turning business priorities and customer insights into high-impact marketing initiatives.What You’ll DoLead the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, messaging, and seasonal planning.Develop and execute integrated campaigns for product launches, collaborations, and key brand moments.Oversee social media, community, events, PR, partnerships, and experiential marketing initiatives.Lead CRM and retention strategy across email, SMS, loyalty, segmentation, and customer journeys.Partner cross-functionally with Creative, E-commerce, Paid Media, Influencer Marketing, Product, and leadership teams.Define KPIs across awareness, engagement, acquisition, retention, conversion, and revenue.Manage marketing budgets, performance reporting, agency relationships, and investment priorities.What You’ll Bring7+ years of progressive marketing experience in apparel, activewear, fashion, beauty, wellness, fitness, or a relevant consumer brand category.Strong experience leading integrated brand campaigns and product-launch strategies from concept through performance review.Deep expertise in brand strategy, social media, partnerships, PR, CRM, retention, and community building.Experience managing teams, agencies, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.A strong understanding of creator culture, social platforms, customer behavior, and platform-native content.Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and leadership skills.
