Role Description: The Marketing Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Redmond, Oregon, responsible for leading the company’s marketing strategy and driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and profitable revenue growth. This role will oversee marketing across Amazon, e-commerce, retail, wholesale, social media, email/SMS, affiliate and creator marketing, public relations, and emerging channels. The Marketing Director will work closely with Sales and senior leadership to develop and execute measurable marketing strategies, manage the marketing budget, evaluate consumer and competitive trends, and ensure consistent brand positioning. This individual will lead the marketing team and outside partners while using data and analytics to determine which investments are generating incremental sales and profitable growth. Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including demonstrated leadership experience within consumer products, preferably supplements, natural products, health and wellness, or CPG.Strong experience with e-commerce, Amazon, digital marketing, retail, and brand development. Experience with Shopify, email/SMS, paid media, SEO, social media, affiliate and creator marketing. Strong understanding of marketing analytics, including ROAS, customer acquisition cost, conversion, retention, lifetime value, and campaign profitability. Proven ability to develop marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth. Experience managing marketing budgets, teams, agencies, and outside partners. Strong strategic, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience. Ability to work on-site in Redmond, Oregon, with occasional travel.
