You strive to be the best you can be in all areas of your life, and you share these values:BrotherhoodOur mission is to support, uplift, and encourage each other to become the best men we can be. We lead by example, walk with honor, courage, and respect, and we've always got each other's backs, no matter what.Whatever It TakesWe charge headfirst into our dreams and goals, fueled by massive action and a relentless work ethic. Doubt, fear, and adversity will rise, but we will do whatever it takes to honor our commitments.Better-Every-DayWe believe it's our responsibility to Do Better every day, to learn from our mistakes, grow through our failures, and strive to be the best we can be.FREEDOMWe believe life is meant to be lived on our own terms. It's a call to adventure, the courage to dream big, and the will to forge our own path, no matter how wild or uncertain. We are trailblazers, risk-takers, and free thinkers who fight for what we believe in and refuse to be tamed by convention or fear.ResponsibilitiesA day in the life: running the Monday marketing meeting, holding 1:1s with your team, redlining the week's email calendar, reviewing the UGC pipeline, holding an agency accountable, and reporting the scoreboard to leadership. You're responsible for the numbers, the people, and the cadence. The Marketing ScoreboardAll growth comes down to three levers: acquisition, purchase frequency, and average order value. You're responsible for the numbers behind all three. On acquisition, that means new customers per day, CPA, ROAS, marketing efficiency, and the creative testing that feeds paid media. On frequency and retention, it means product launches, sales events, email and SMS revenue, subscriptions, and LTV.On average order value, it means the offers and bundles that grow every order. We run on EOS (Traction), live dashboards, and a weekly cadence. You'll know the targets cold because you'll run the scoreboard. The TeamWe have three full-time in-house marketers, plus agency partners and VAs we work with. You're responsible for managing, supporting, and helping the entire department learn, grow, and hit our targets.Paid MediaYou're responsible for our paid acquisition results across Meta, Google, and emerging channels: budgets, pacing, creative testing cadence, and efficiency targets. You'll work with our paid media lead to execute. We built our own in-house media buying dashboard that blends every platform into one source of truth, and you'll manage the program through it. You don't need to be a hands-on-keyboard buyer, but you must be able to audit an account, read performance honestly, and guide the testing roadmap.Email + SMSEmail is one of our most profitable sales channels. We run a 3x/week campaign cadence plus lifecycle flows in Klaviyo, executed by our in-house lead and our email agency. You'll work with our email lead and our agency to manage the calendar, the promotional strategy, and the flow roadmap, and you're responsible for delivering results. You're the editor and the strategist, not the one writing every email.Product Launches & PromotionsLaunches and promotions are the most critical thing we do at LB. New products, seasonal fragrances, Father's Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas. You'll manage the launch calendar and work with the whole team to coordinate every channel (paid, email, SMS, social, site) around each one. These are the biggest revenue moments of our year, and you're responsible for how they perform.Content ProductionOur creative workflows and video production feed everything: paid ads, organic social, email, and the brand itself. You'll work with the team to develop the production pipeline, keep creative shipping on schedule, and make sure everything we put out is on brand.Social + UGCOur social media manager runs a UGC and creator flywheel across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook that feeds both community growth and paid creative. You'll work with our social media manager to guide the strategy, keep the flywheel spinning, and connect it to the rest of the department so social wins become paid media wins. The Operating CadenceWe run on EOS (Traction). The Monday marketing meeting, scoreboard check-ins, campaign calendars, launch timelines, agency check-ins, and leadership reporting all run on a rhythm, and that rhythm is your responsibility. You're a great project manager. Nothing slips, and the founders never have to chase a status update.Requirements6-10 years in DTC e-commerce marketing, including time as the accountable owner of a growth number at a $10M+ consumer brand. You've lived MER, CAC, LTV, and contribution margin, not just channel metrics. You've managed marketers AND agencies at the same time, and both performed. You're a player-coach. You can audit a media buyer's account, redline an email calendar, and pressure-test a creative brief without doing anyone's job for them. You're a great project manager: highly organized, high attention to detail, and able to build and run operational systems. You respect what's working. You'd rather run things well for 90 days and then improve them than tear everything apart on day one to prove you're smart. You communicate clearly, lead a team of creative pros, and can take direct feedback from founders who move fast. You have working knowledge of Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.You're in Arizona and work from our office in Tempe. We don't clock in and clock out; we show up to get results.Bonus points: you have a beard. Not required. We'll still bust your chops.Who This Is Not ForStrategy-deck marketers who need a team of specialists to executeChannel experts who've never managed peopleAnyone who wants to work remoteAnyone who needs 90 days of committee meetings to make a decisionAnyone allergic to direct feedback from founders who move fast
