Operating across a portfolio of well-established consumer brands, the business continues to strengthen its presence across the region and is entering an exciting phase of growth and expansion.This is a rare opportunity for an experienced marketing leader to play a key role in shaping the regional strategy and driving growth through impactful marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement and business performance.Main ResponsibilitiesLead development of integrated consumer marketing campaigns across retail, trade and digital channels to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.Partner closely with sales, supply chain, product and retail teams to ensure marketing plans support commercial objectives and market share growth.Establish and manage strategic partnerships, collaboration opportunities and promotional initiatives to strengthen brand reach.Regularly prepare and present in depth campaign performance updates to stakeholders, analysing engagement, ROI and contribution to broader business goals.Manage marketing P&L and budget allocation, monitoring ROI and ensuring sufficient investment across media, trade and digital channels.Lead promotional campaigns, product development initiatives and launch activations, tailoring strategy based on local market conditions and consumer behaviours.Develop market-specific retail and merchandising strategies based on consumer insights, shopping behaviours and regional market dynamics.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field.Minimum 8-9 years' experience in a regional marketing leadership role within an FMCG, food & beverage or manufacturing environment.Full fluency in English and Arabic is an essential requirement.Proven track record of developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies across multiple markets within the Middle East and full ownership of marketing spend.Experience working within an international organisation, balancing global brand direction with local market requirements.Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse business functions.ApplyApplicants meeting this criteria and looking for a progressive and challenging opportunity should submit an application via apply@gateworth.com, quoting the GWG reference: 26409
