Job Responsibilities

Develop marketing strategy & organizational directionConduct market research to guide company leadership/decision makingDevelop strong working knowledge of company productsLead customer segmentation, campaign development, and go-to-market plan & roll-outIncorporate AI-enabled marketing toolsDevelop & maintain business alignment with the sales team & leadershipOwn go-to-market execution, from cradle to graveMeasure key initiatives across the department and organizational impactResponsible for planning, budgeting, hiring, training, & managing resourcesManage annual departmental budgetBuild brand awareness & positioningPartner with international marketing leadersManage digital marketing, including social media & content marketingManage & organize company conferences, trade shows, & major marketing eventsManage marketing projects from cradle to graveSupport sales & lead generation initiativesOther duties as necessary

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar – advanced degree preferred10+ years of relevant marketing experience – experience in a leadership roleB2B experience with subscription-based clientele – medical device or other B2B industry experienceProven track record of leading marketing initiatives to completionExperience effectively running a marketing team & campaignsExperience developing & managing departmental budgetStrong written & verbal communication skillsAbility to influence executive leadershipExperience in a regulated industry preferred
