This is a senior, hands-on marketing leadership position responsible for leading the company’s overall marketing strategy and execution across digital, ecommerce, retail, social media, brand, communications, and promotional activities.Role DescriptionThe Marketing Director is a full-time position based in the Seattle, Washington area.This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy across digital, ecommerce, retail, social media, brand, communications, and promotional activities.The Marketing Director will lead marketing planning and campaign execution, manage the marketing budget, oversee digital and ecommerce initiatives, and work closely with the executive and sales teams to align marketing activities with overall business objectives.The role will also be responsible for analyzing consumer and market trends, identifying growth opportunities, strengthening brand positioning, developing compelling marketing content and campaigns, and tracking performance metrics to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.QualificationsProven experience leading marketing strategy and execution within consumer products, FMCG, food, confectionery, retail, or related industries.Strong experience across digital marketing, ecommerce, retail marketing, social media, brand management, communications, and promotional campaigns.Demonstrated expertise in market planning and marketing management, with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.Strong analytical and market research skills, with experience identifying consumer trends, market opportunities, and growth opportunities.Experience working closely with sales teams and retail partners to support revenue growth and commercial objectives.Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital channels, CRM systems, social media, and marketing analytics.Ability to manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance and ROI.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a marketing team while remaining hands-on when required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and storytelling abilities.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
