Marketing Director — The ONE Clinics

Location: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaEmployment: Full-timeWork arrangement: On-site or remote, by agreement.

Applicants must currently reside in Jeddah.The ONE Clinics is looking for a hands-on Marketing Director to lead our marketing team, turn strategy into execution, and serve as the main marketing contact for the Clinic Manager and owners.You will be responsible for strengthening our brand, attracting prospective patients, and improving the journey from campaign enquiry to booked appointment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with the clinic’s priorities and growth objectives.
• Lead the marketing team and external partners, with clear responsibilities, targets, and regular follow-up.
• Oversee paid campaigns across relevant channels, including Meta and Google, and manage budgets and performance.
• Plan content, promotional campaigns, and social media activity while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
• Work closely with the call centre and clinic team to improve enquiry handling and appointment conversion.
• Report campaign results, spending, and priorities to the Clinic Manager and owners, with practical recommendations.
• Take an active role in execution when needed and ensure projects are delivered on time.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• At least 5 years of marketing experience, including direct team leadership.
• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, marketing budgets, and performance reporting.
• Strong planning, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with management, team members, and external partners.
• Healthcare, dental, or aesthetic clinic marketing experience is preferred.
