Marketing Director

Job Description - Own the brand and marketing strategy and the annual marketing plan - Manage all marketing channels: digital, ATL, and BTL - Lead trade marketing, including promotions, point of sale, and in-store visibility - Champion merchandising, making sure products are well placed, well displayed, and well executed at the shelf - Build and lead the marketing team, setting clear ownership, targets, and reporting - Create new units and functions as the business grows, such as merchandising, trade marketing, or content - Manage agencies, suppliers, and the marketing budget - Track market performance, sales data, and competitor activity - Work closely with sales and ownership to hit commercial targets Job Requirements - Eight to ten years in FMCG marketing, with at least three in a leadership role - Hands-on experience across digital, ATL, and BTL - Strong understanding of trade marketing and merchandising - Proven ability to lead and develop teams, and to structure new departments - Strong commercial and analytical mindset - Fluent Arabic and English
