This is a client-side position — successful candidates will be employed directly by the client.
Job Responsibilities
Take ownership of the overall marketing strategy and brand building for the corresponding region; develop the regional plan, brand promotion strategy and annual marketing targets, aligned with the company's business development direction.Develop the channel ecosystem for the corresponding region and independently expand partnerships with industry institutions; lead the planning and execution of overseas exhibitions, offline salons, industry roadshows and other marketing activities to raise the company's brand awareness and industry influence in the region.Maintain external resources such as industry associations, chambers of commerce and industry organizations in the region; build deep cooperative relationships; produce industry thought leadership, compliance education and brand content, and establish the company's voice in the overseas industry.Maintain deep insight into the region's regulations, market trends and competitor developments; produce market analysis reports and provide the sales team with market intelligence, competitive strategy and product positioning recommendations.Coordinate brand materials, communication content and localized marketing output for overseas markets; work with the sales team to empower front-line business, supporting lead generation and channel conversion to drive business growth.Take charge of building and managing the regional marketing team; set marketing performance KPIs and oversee the regional marketing budget; be accountable for regional brand voice, the quality of marketing leads and channel partnership results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing or International Trade preferred.10+ years of work experience, including marketing/brand management experience at an international company; 3+ years of marketing team management experience.Deeply rooted in the corresponding market, with the ability to independently develop channels and external partnership resources; hands-on, end-to-end experience planning and delivering overseas exhibitions and offline marketing events; existing industry association resources in the region are a plus.Excellent marketing strategy skills and strong market awareness; skilled at integrating external resources and able to produce actionable, market-ready plans based on industry conditions.Fluent in English; able to independently conduct business communication entirely in English.Strong strategic thinking, with budget management and cross-departmental collaboration skills; results-oriented.
