Marketing Director - MIXED USED REAL ESTATE

We are looking for a Marketing Director for a growing real estate development platform.This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a marketing professional who wants to shape the positioning and growth of a significant portfolio of residential, commercial, and hospitality developments across Saudi Arabia.The role will focus on:

• Developing and leading the overall marketing and brand strategy
• Positioning and launching large-scale real estate developments
• Leading integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, media and activations
• Driving customer insights, segmentation and go-to-market strategies
• Managing agencies, budgets and marketing performance
• Partnering closely with senior leadership, development, sales and commercial teams
• Building and strengthening the corporate and project-level brandsIdeal profile:
• 10 - 12 years of marketing experience
• Strong background in real estate, property development, hospitality, retail, luxury or other consumer-facing sectors
• Proven experience marketing large-scale projects or portfolios
• Strong expertise across brand, digital, communications and integrated marketing
• Saudi experience strongly preferred
