If you combine strong marketing skills with data-driven thinking and a passion for innovation, we want to hear from you.Position OverviewThe Marketing Executive will support marketing campaigns, digital activities, events, content, brand initiatives, and performance reporting, working closely with internal teams, agencies, and XPENG regional/global teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.Develop content calendars and coordinate social media and digital activities.Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.Analyse marketing and sales data using Excel and track key KPIs such as CPL, conversion rates, ROI/ROAS, and engagement.Coordinate events, launches, mall activations, sponsorships, and partnerships.Conduct competitor and market analysis and identify marketing opportunities.Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, showrooms, Sales, and CRM teams.Ensure all marketing activities follow XPENG brand and CI standards.Use AI tools effectively for research, analysis, content, and presentations while validating all outputs.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.3–5 years of marketing experience in brand, digital, communications, or commercial marketing.Strong Excel, PowerPoint, analytical, and reporting skills.Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, campaigns, and marketing KPIs.Creative, proactive, commercially minded, and able to take ownership.UAE market experience is an advantage.Excellent English communication skills , Arabic is an advantage.Automotive or agency experience is a plusWhy Join Us?Work with XPENG, an innovative global EV brand.Join a leading automotive group in the UAE.Gain exposure to digital marketing, analytics, events, and brand strategy.Be part of a fast-growing and innovative automotive environment.
