Built on a reputation for deep sector knowledge, strong partnerships, and a results-driven approach, the Group works closely with clients and partners to navigate complexity, accelerate growth, and deliver measurable outcomes.We are seeking a Marketing Executive to play an essential role in implementing our digital marketing strategy across the GroupDigital Marketing & Campaign ExecutionExecute campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email, and partnershipsMaintain the annual marketing calendar and identify opportunities to scale activity through test-and-learnSet up and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) and monitor performanceDevelop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.Website & Storefront ManagementMaintain and update websites using CMS platforms (Magento 2, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace)Manage multiple digital storefronts, ensuring consistent UX and brand alignmentUpload content, update product information, and conduct regular audits for accuracy and functionalityEnsure SEO best practices, site speed, and UX standards are maintainedWork with developers or agencies to deliver enhancements and resolve issuesEmail Marketing & CRMDesign, write, and deploy email campaigns using HubSpot, Klaviyo, or SalesforceSegment audiences and tailor messaging to customer lifecycle stagesManage automated email flows and monitor campaign performanceSupport CRM management (Salesforce Account Engagement), including segmentation and list creationContent & Asset DevelopmentDevelop and deliver content strategies supporting lead generation and retentionCreate digital assets for use across marketing channelsDesign or coordinate flyers, brochures, branded templates, and event materialsEnsure consistent brand identity across all formatsUse AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support content creation while maintaining editorial oversightAnalytics & ReportingAnalyse website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other toolsTranslate data into actionable recommendations to improve KPIsProduce regular reports and share insights with internal stakeholdersCollaborationPartner with sales teams to align marketing activity with commercial targetsBuild relationships with strategic partners and coordinate event sponsorshipsSupport logistics for virtual events and online conferencesSkills and Personal AttributesProven track-record of delivering campaigns with a strong commercial focusExperience managing websites, ideally Magento 2 or similar eCommerce platformsKnowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email automationProficient with Google Analytics and reporting toolsExperience with Salesforce Account Engagement or comparable marketing automation platformsFamiliarity with design tools (Photoshop, Canva, InDesign)Understanding of HTML and web development basicsExcellent written EnglishData-driven with strong analytical skillsCreative, proactive, and eager to learnOrganised and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneouslyReliable and able to work independentlyFlexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentStrong collaborator who works well with sales, partners, and agenciesBenefitsCompetitive salary and performance related bonusesCreative and collaborative work environmentHands-on experience across branding, sales, and marketing22 days holiday per year + Bank Holidays + 3 Wellness days per year + Christmas Shopping Day + Additional day off for BirthdayPension SchemeHealth InsuranceAugust Wellness Month + Tuesday Wellness Class + Walking WednesdayResponsibilitiesIdentify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaignResearch and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategyDevelop content of marketing campaignsStay up-to-date on current marketing trendsManage and allocate budget correctlyQualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing or related field2 - 3 years of relevant experienceStrong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skillsStrong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
