Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our client, one of the largest semi-governmental organisations in Dubai.This role is instrumental in shaping and delivering high-impact marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive the success of large-scale events.This role has a contract duration of 3 months.Key Responsibilities:Support the design and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement within key business communities.Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale events and activations, including high-profile initiatives such as GITEX, industry conferences, and community engagement programs, ensuring end-to-end project delivery.Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners, and vendors to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and effectively amplify the brand’s reach.Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximise return on investment.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors to strengthen the organisation’s presence in the market.Analyse performance metrics and generate reports to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to ensure marketing strategies remain relevant and forward-thinking.Requirements:Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally within real estate, business communities, or related sectors.Proven experience in managing large-scale campaigns and delivering impactful events such as GITEX, exhibitions, and industry conferences.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends.Excellent project management, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.A creative, proactive thinker with a keen eye for detail.Availability:Preference will be given to candidates available immediately after accepting the offer.We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in the United Arab Emirates.
