Marketing Executive - B2BFull-time | Permanent Location: London, hybrid requiring two days per week in the officeSalary: £30,000 - £40,000 plus benefits including 25 days annual leave increasing with service, annual leave buy / sell up to 5 days, enhanced pension and more.My client is looking for a dynamic, driven and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join the business and play an important role in supporting lead generation, brand development and wider marketing activity.Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for a B2B marketer looking to build on their existing skills and take the next step in their career within a specialist, technology-led business.This is not a graduate or entry-level role. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2–3 years’ hands-on B2B marketing experience, gained within a relevant industry such as data services, software, technology tech or similar.My client is specifically looking for someone who has already established themselves within a B2B marketing environment and can demonstrate commitment, stability and progression in their previous roles. You should be able to show that you have taken ownership of your responsibilities, developed your capabilities and made a meaningful contribution to the businesses you have worked for.The roleWorking closely with the wider marketing team, Sales and other areas of the business, you’ll have a varied role with a particular focus on digital marketing, content creation, lead generation and brand development.Your responsibilities will include:Content & copywriting: Draft and edit engaging copy for the website, social media, email campaigns, product pages and sales collateral, ensuring consistency with the business’s tone of voice.Digital marketing: Take an active role in managing digital channels, creating and publishing content across LinkedIn and other platforms, and measuring the impact of activity.Campaigns: Support the delivery of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, digital, social and content, as well as industry and partner events, webinars and roundtables.SEO & SEM: Support SEO and paid search activity by optimising content, keywords and campaigns, working alongside the Marketing Manager and specialist partners.HubSpot: Support campaign activity including workflows, landing pages, email journeys, lead nurture programmes and reporting. HubSpot experience would be beneficial but is not essential.Creative: Create polished marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, including LinkedIn posts and advertising, event collateral, pitch documents and sales materials.Events: Support industry events from planning and pre-event outreach through to on-site delivery and post-event follow-up.Webinars & roundtables: Coordinate logistics, liaise with speakers and delegates, prepare supporting materials and manage follow-up activity.Case studies & content: Support the creation and publication of client case studies, testimonials, success stories and video content to demonstrate proof of value.Social media: Help grow the business’s organic social presence, particularly LinkedIn, through effective content planning, creation and publication.Sales enablement: Create supporting materials including one-pagers, case studies and presentation content.Product marketing: Help translate technical product features and capabilities into clear, compelling, benefit-led messaging for different audiences.ABM: Support account-based marketing activity across key target accounts and regulated sectors.Market insight: Keep up to date with sector developments, competitors and trends across areas such as data intelligence, credit risk and collections.About youYou’ll be a proactive, organised and self-motivated marketer with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a genuine passion for marketing.You’ll have a keen eye for detail, take pride in the quality of your work and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment. You’ll be equally capable of working independently and collaborating with colleagues across marketing, sales and the wider business.Strong commercial awareness is important, as is an understanding of how marketing activity can support lead generation, brand awareness and ultimately revenue growth.You’ll ideally hold a Marketing degree or professional qualification such as CIM, alongside strong Microsoft Office skills.
