This role is responsible for campaign scheduling, segmentation, setup, testing and performance reporting, ensuring every customer communication is accurate, on-brand and compliant. You will manage member lifecycle programmes from concept to execution, support tactical promotions, manage vendor relationships and assist in integrated marketing planning alongside the Marketing Director. The ideal candidate is organised, data-minded and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment. Job ResponsibilitiesCRM Campaign Management: Plan, build and execute the eDM, SMS and direct mail calendar for corporate and brand communications, including calendaring, requests, setup and testing to ensure every send is error-free and approved by respective owners.Segmentation & Targeting: Work with the Marketing Director to define customer segments and targeting for each campaign, improving relevance, engagement and member repeat purchase.Member Lifecycle Programmes: Execute and continuously improve member journeys such as welcome, birthday, win-back and year-end appreciation programmes, including gifting coordination and courier arrangements.Reporting & Insights: Prepare monthly CRM performance reports (deliverability, open, click, conversion, member activity), ad-hoc store reports and call lists, translating data into actionable recommendations.Brand & Compliance: Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and messages, and that all customer communications follow data protection (PDPA) policies and industry best practices.Tactical Promotions: Manage tactical promotions end to end – conceptualisation, briefing creatives, printing and distribution of collaterals to stores, mailing to members and tracking of results.Marketing Operations: Manage and liaise with vendors to develop programme collaterals, and undertake administrative and operational tasks that support the coordination of the department’s activities.Integrated Planning: Coordinate with and report to the Marketing Director to support the gathering of requirements for the integrated marketing plan, and undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by Management.Job RequirementsDiploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalentAt least 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, CRM or email marketingHands-on experience with eDM/SMS platforms and campaign setup and testingDetail-oriented with solid follow-through and quality-control disciplineComfortable with data – able to segment lists and read campaign reports; proficiency in ExcelProactive, with a strong sense of responsibility, ownership and initiativeGood organisational and time management skills; able to handle multiple assignmentsStrong team player with good interpersonal and communication skillsDynamic and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
