Marketing ExecutiveDHG PropertiesDHG Properties, a Swiss real estate developer expanding in Dubai, is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our growing team. Play a role in producing content, positioning our portfolio on digital channels, and support activities that grow brand awareness and drive both direct sales and broker engagement.At DHG Properties, we bring Swiss quality and precision to Dubai’s real estate market. You’ll be part of a motivated international team working on exciting projects. Key Responsibilities:Copy writing and content planning:Plan and manage social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). Execute community management on social media. Preparation of e-mail campaigns, content for messaging platforms (WhatsApp), and landing pages to generate qualified leads.Plan and manage content for all company’s websites.Participate in preparation of advertising campaigns.Participate in creation sales and marketing collaterals.Coordinate photo and video production of engaged service providers. Capture photos and record video content by yourself using a mobile device.Participate in organization of company events. Execute B2B marketing initiatives, mainly focused on broker engagement. Requirements:3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate marketing or working for a marketing agency.Strong knowledge of digital channels.Basic photography and videography skills on mobile devices.  Knowledge of video editing is a strong plus.
