This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote Fescue’s venue management platform, including digital, event, and partner-driven initiatives. Day-to-day activities include developing marketing plans, conducting market research, coordinating with sales teams, creating marketing collateral, and tracking campaign performance against key metrics. The Marketing Executive will also manage communications across various channels, support lead generation activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of Fescue’s brand presence in the market.QualificationsStrong skills in Market Planning and Marketing, with experience in developing and executing integrated campaigns.Proficiency in Market Research, including gathering insights, analyzing data, and translating findings into actionable strategies.Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences and channels.Experience in Sales or close collaboration with sales teams, supporting lead generation and conversion activities.Relevant experience in B2B or SaaS marketing for technology platforms, ideally in events or venue management sectors.Ability to work on-site in Farnborough, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects concurrently.Comfort with marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and basic digital marketing practices (e.g., email, social media, content marketing).Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
