Marketing Executive | Global FinTech | SydneyFocus Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing global FinTech to recruit a Marketing Executive to join their APAC marketing team.This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative SaaS business that is transforming the way accountants, bookkeepers and businesses manage their financial processes through AI and machine learning.This is a hands-on marketing role where you'll work across digital campaigns, demand generation, webinars, events and partner marketing, while working closely with senior marketing, sales and global teams.You'll be joining a business that's genuinely innovative, using AI and technology to transform the way accounting and financial processes are managed globally.Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, APAC, you'll play a key role in executing digital marketing campaigns designed to drive new business acquisition and partner growth.You'll also have the opportunity to work across major industry events, webinars, product launches and global marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with sales, account management and international marketing teams.This is a great role for someone with 2–3 years' marketing experience who enjoys being hands-on, working across multiple channels and seeing campaigns through from setup to results.What you'll be doing:

• Execute multi-channel digital campaigns across email, paid media and nurture
• Manage webinars and support major industry events
• Develop campaigns focused on new customer acquisition and partner growth
• Work closely with Sales and Account Management to generate pipeline
• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimise
• Coordinate with global marketing teams on product launches and campaigns
• Support event logistics, suppliers and communicationsWhat we're looking for:✔️ 2–3 years' marketing experience✔️ SaaS, FinTech or B2B technology experience preferred✔️ Hands-on CRM/marketing automation experience✔️ Digital campaign execution experience✔️ Strong organisation and attention to detail✔️ Comfortable working across multiple teams and prioritiesWhat's on offer?📍 Sydney | Hybrid – 1–2 days in the office💰 Salary negotiable depending on experience🌏 Work abroad for up to 20 days per year🎂 Birthday leave☀️ Summer hours📚 Dedicated learning time
