Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing plans, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and supporting brand positioning for workspace, hotel, and healthcare clients. The role involves coordinating promotional campaigns, managing content for digital and offline channels, and collaborating with sales teams to align marketing activities with revenue targets. The Marketing Executive will track campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and contribute ideas to improve lead generation, customer engagement, and overall market presence.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to develop, implement, and refine effective promotional strategies.Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to create clear messaging and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Marketing to support sales initiatives, nurture leads, and drive brand awareness.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in furniture, interior design, or related commercial products is an advantage.Proficiency with basic digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and MS Office applications.Ability to work on-site in Gulshan, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
