The Marketing Executive will support the promotion of the academy’s programs by planning and executing marketing campaigns, both offline and online. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research to understand target audiences, assisting in market planning, coordinating with the sales team, and developing communication materials such as brochures, social media posts, and email content. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, educational partners, and local institutions to build brand awareness and drive admissions. The Marketing Executive will also track campaign performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective outreach.Qualifications Ability to perform market planning and market research, including analyzing trends and identifying target segments.Strong communication skills, with the capacity to create clear, engaging messaging for diverse audiences.Demonstrated experience or interest in sales and marketing activities, particularly within the education or training sector.Comfort using basic digital tools for marketing and data tracking (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, social media platforms).Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and interact professionally with learners and partners.Local language proficiency and familiarity with the North 24 Parganas region will be an advantage.
