📢 We’re Hiring | Marketing Executive – Tooling & MouldingWe are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team and drive business development in the SMC, DMC & NVH automotive component tooling and moulding industry.🔹 Experience: 4–8 years🔹 Industry: Tooling / Moulds / SMC / DMC / NVH / Automotive🔹 Location: Talwade, PCMC🔹 Employment: Full-timeKey Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for SMC/DMC compression moulds, thermoforming & thermocompression moulds, and NVH tooling
• Identify and approach potential OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 automotive component manufacturers
• Develop relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/design team for quotations and proposals
• Generate enquiries, follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into orders
• Conduct customer visits and support business development activities
• Track market trends, competitors and new opportunities in the tooling and moulding sector
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and regularly report on business development activitiesCandidate Profile✅ 4–8 years of relevant experience in marketing/business development of tooling and moulding✅ Strong exposure to SMC, DMC and/or NVH parts and tooling✅ Existing industry contacts and customer relationships will be an advantage✅ Good understanding of automotive component manufacturing and tooling✅ Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills✅ Willingness to travel for customer visits✅ Ability to independently identify and develop new business opportunities🎯 This is not a general marketing role.
