Company: Vesla Rent A Car / MRM Investment LLC📍 Location: Opal Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE💼 Employment Type: Full-Time👤 Reporting To: Branch Manager👥 Gender: Open to All💰 Salary: Negotiable📢 About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven Marketing Executive with experience in the automotive/car rental industry to develop and execute marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, CRM management, social media, paid advertising, and campaign analytics.

Automotive or dealership marketing experience is highly preferred.🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition, leads, and sales
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, SEO, SEM, and email marketing
• Manage social media channels and create engaging content aligned with the brand
• Monitor website performance, online listings, and lead-generation activities
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and new vehicle/service launches
• Manage CRM, SPEED system, and lead follow-up processes in coordination with the sales team
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, vendors, media partners, and other marketing suppliers
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new marketing opportunities
• Support photography, video, graphic design, and other content-marketing initiatives🎓 Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive, dealership, or car rental industry
• Proven experience in lead generation and customer acquisition
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics
• Experience with CRM systems and automotive marketing tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities⭐ Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in automotive dealership or car rental marketing
• Experience working with OEM marketing programs
• Knowledge of automotive inventory, pricing, and promotional strategies
• Experience in graphic design, photography, or video marketing
