Marketing Executive

Role Description The Marketing Executive will manage day-to-day marketing activities to strengthen MYA Restaurant & Lounge’s brand presence and drive customer engagement. This full-time, on-site role based in Cairo includes planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and supporting sales initiatives to increase footfall and revenue. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing customer behavior and trends, and preparing regular performance reports. The Marketing Executive will collaborate with operations, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across online and offline platforms and assist in organizing events, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.QualificationsStrong skills in Market Planning and Marketing, with experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.Ability to conduct Market Research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer preferences, and translate insights into actionable strategies.Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal abilities and stakeholder coordination.Experience in Sales or sales support, preferably within hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Proficiency with social media platforms, basic digital marketing tools, and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) is an advantage.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, lounges, or premium lifestyle venues is beneficial.
