The role involves planning and executing marketing activities to promote the company’s mutual funds, insurance products, fixed deposits, and loan services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying target segments, and supporting sales teams with campaigns and promotional materials. The Marketing Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients, communicate product benefits clearly, and help drive brand awareness in local and regional markets. The role also includes tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with management to refine marketing strategies.Qualifications Strong market planning and marketing skills to design and implement effective campaigns.Competence in market research to analyze customer needs and competitive trends.Excellent communication skills to present financial products clearly and build client trust.Sales and marketing abilities to convert leads, support business growth, and meet targets.Basic understanding of mutual funds, insurance, fixed deposits, and loan products is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple initiatives.Proficiency with common office and presentation tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, slides).Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
