Ganguly Street, Bowbazar, Kolkata – 700014.Monthly Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 plus performance-based incentives or commission.Working Hours: 10:30 AM–7:30 PM.Weekly Off: One day per week; day not fixed.Holidays: As per the company’s holiday calendar.Joining Preference: Immediate joiners preferred.Role OverviewDevelop B2B sales opportunities for gold, silver and premium corporate gifting solutions through lead generation, client presentations and long-term relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach corporates, SMEs, hospitals, hotels, institutions and other potential B2B clients.Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking and direct meetings.Present gold, silver and premium corporate gifting solutions to prospective clients.Connect with decision-makers in HR, Procurement, Administration, Marketing and senior management.Conduct client meetings and deliver professional presentations.Prepare business proposals and follow up with prospects to convert opportunities into orders.Build strong corporate relationships and generate repeat business.Maintain lead records and sales pipelines, and submit regular progress reports.Candidate RequirementsFluency in English, Bengali and Hindi.Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.Confidence in cold calling, corporate meetings and acquiring new clients.Ability to independently prepare PowerPoint presentations and business proposals.A proactive, target-driven approach.Experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, business development, corporate gifting, jewellery or luxury products preferred.Existing corporate or institutional contacts will be an advantage.BenefitsBonus, ESI, Provident Fund and gratuity.Performance-based incentives and order-based commission.Additional commission may apply to high-value orders, depending on order value and profitability.
