Marketing Executive

Evol Jewels is looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive who can turn plans into action. This is an execution-focused role for someone who is comfortable being on the ground, coordinating with vendors and partners, and keeping multiple marketing activities moving.You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and deliver campaigns, events, store activities and brand initiatives.What you’ll doFind and coordinate with vendors, agencies, creators, event partners and other external teams.Compare proposals, negotiate rates and timelines, and manage follow-ups through to delivery.Coordinate on-ground execution for events, activations, shoots, store campaigns and brand partnerships.Manage production and delivery of marketing materials, including signage, displays, print collateral and gifting.Work with internal teams and external partners to keep briefs, approvals, schedules and deliverables on track.Visit stores and event locations to support execution and resolve issues as they come up.Track budgets, vendor costs, timelines and campaign deliverables.Share clear updates with the Marketing Manager and flag delays or gaps early.What we’re looking forStrong organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.A practical, get-things-done approach and comfort working on the ground.Confidence speaking with vendors and negotiating rates and timelines.Clear communication and consistent follow-through.Ability to manage several tasks and deadlines at once.Experience in marketing execution, events, retail marketing, production or agency coordination is an advantage.Interest in fashion, jewellery or premium consumer brands is a plus.This role will suit someone who enjoys making things happen: finding the right people, aligning the details and seeing the work through to completion.
