Marketing Executive (Retail) | Central | Up to $3.5K + VB

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the launch and growth of a leading jewellery and precious metals retail brand in Singapore through effective marketing initiatives.Plan, coordinate, and execute ATL marketing campaigns, including print, radio, outdoor, and digital advertising.Develop and implement BTL marketing activities such as events, roadshows, partnerships, activations, and customer engagement programmes.Manage social media platforms and support content creation for marketing campaigns.Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.Develop marketing materials, promotional collateral, and branding initiatives.Support store openings, seasonal promotions, and ongoing retail marketing activities.RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the retail, jewellery, luxury, or consumer goods industry.Proven experience in both ATL and BTL marketing campaigns.Good understanding of the Singapore market, consumer behaviour, and retail marketing strategies.Proficient in digital marketing and social media management.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.Creative, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable with 6 day work weekTng Wess Lee License No.: 02C3423 Personnel Registration No.: R1551835 Your Safety and Data Security Matter to UsManpowerGroup is committed to a safe and transparent hiring process.
