6-Month Graduate Program | Full-Time Opportunity Upon Successful CompletionSquish Planet is looking for a creative and ambitious Marketing Graduate to join our 6-month Graduate Program at our office in Za’abeel, Dubai.This program is designed for recent graduates who want to build a career in social media, content creation, ecommerce, and digital marketing.You’ll work directly with the Squish Planet team, creating TikTok videos and Instagram Reels, developing content ideas, following social media trends, and learning how a fast-growing ecommerce brand operates.This is not a short-term internship. The goal of the program is to train and develop you over six months, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time Marketing Executive position based on your performance.What You’ll Be DoingRecord engaging TikTok videos and Instagram Reels featuring our products.Appear on camera and speak naturally in social media content.Film content independently while following creative direction.Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar software.Research current TikTok and Instagram trends.Develop creative content ideas that fit the Squish Planet brand.Upload and optimize content across our social media platforms.Help manage customer comments and social media messages when required.Assist with content planning and daily marketing activities.Review content performance and help identify what we can improve.Work closely with the team to continuously improve the quality of our content.Who We’re Looking ForA recent graduate looking to start a career in marketing, content creation, or social media.Comfortable appearing on camera and creating social media content.Previous experience creating TikToks, Instagram Reels, or other short-form videos.Confident filming independently.Comfortable using CapCut or similar video-editing software.Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and current social media trends.Good communication skills in English.
