Employment Type: Full-Time – OnsiteCompensation: Monthly training stipendOpportunity: Internship or full-time, depending on skills and experienceRole Overview:As a Marketing Intern/Associate, you will support WePay's marketing activities across digital channels, campaigns, content, and brand initiatives.

You will work on real projects, contribute creative ideas, and gain hands-on experience across different areas of marketing.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and launching marketing campaigns across all channels.Support partnerships, events, product launches, and PR activities.Manage and monitor WePay's social media, CRM and other online channels. Assist with campaign tracking, performance reports, and marketing analytics.Maintain the marketing calendar and help organize brand assets.Contribute creative ideas to improve brand awareness, engagement, and customer growth.Draft engaging Arabic and English content for social media and other marketing channels.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of projects.Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends and opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.Strong interest in Marketing and Payments/FinTech.Excited to gain practical experience and build a career in marketing.Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.Fluent in Arabic and English.Familiarity with social media platforms, CRM, Excel, AI tools, or digital marketing tools is an advantage.Why Join WePay?Gain real experience.
